IS there a discount promo code?

To access Kirsten Accommodation promotions please join the Kirsten Crowd. Click on the following link and follow the prompts and the discount promo code will be sent to you via email.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is after 2pm
Check out is at 10am.
Ask management if an early check in or late check out is available.

What is the Virtual Check in process

On the morning of arrival we will SMS you a code that will open up a security lock box at the front door of your apartment/room. This SMS will also contain the address, where to park and WiFi login passwords.

What parking is there?

Most apartments have their own garage or designated onsite parking. The cottage and holiday home parking is available kerb side.

What payment is accepted?

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA CARD & AMEX at 1.9% surcharge and EFT.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You have free cancellation for 24hrs after booking is made. Your 50% deposit is non- refundable. The full amount is non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival.

What is the Covid Cancellation Policy?

We do not refund for COVID laws or restrictions. If travel is banned you may be entitled to a 12 month stay credit subject to availability. Cancellation of your event or change of mind is not included in the COVID stay credit policy.

How do I get the best rate?

Free WiFi for all!

Are there cooking facilities?

There are fully equipped kitchens in all apartments, homes & cottages. No kitchens in hotel rooms.

Are there laundry facilities?

There are fully equipped laundries in all apartments, homes & cottages. No laundries in hotel rooms.

Do you allow pets?

No. We have a no pet policy.

Can you book a wine tour for me?
