Terms and Conditions: Win a Mudgee Escape Competition

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Kirsten Accommodation and their immediate families.
   • Entry is limited to one entry per person.
2. Competition Period:
   • **Competition commences Midnight Tues 15th APRIL 2025 and closes Midnight FRI 2nd MAY 2025. ( 2 weeks which include the Easter/ANZAC holiday break).
   • Kirsten Accommodation has the right to alter these times.
3. Entry Method:
   • To enter, participants must complete all of the following:
     • Follow @kirsten_accommodation on Instagram.
     • Follow and tag a friend in the competition post comments on Instagram.
     • Subscribe to the Kirsten Crowd via the provided link on the landing page.
   • All steps must be completed for a valid entry.
4. Prize:
   • The prize is a 2-night stay in a premium 3-bedroom villa at Kirsten Accommodation in Mudgee, including:
     • A cheese platter on arrival.
     • A bottle of local Mudgee wine.
     • Late check-out at 12:00 PM.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The prize must be used within 6 months of the winner being announced, unless otherwise agreed with Kirsten Accomodation.
   • Dates are subject to availabilty.
   • The prize value is $1300.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday 5th MAY 2025 at Midday.
   • 4.3. Prize must be used within 12 months of winner being announced
   • 5.3. Winner has 72hours to notify KA otherwise re-draw.
6. Publicity:
   • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to allow Kirsten Accommodation to use their name and image for promotional purposes.
7. Data Privacy:
   • All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Kirsten Accommodation’s privacy policy.
   • By entering the competition, you give permission for your email address to be added to the Kirsten Crowd email list.
8. General:
   • Kirsten Accommodation reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
   • Kirsten Accommodation’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.   
   • Kirsten Accommodation shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participating in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.   
   • Any dates provided can be changed by Kirsten Accomodation.
9. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
